This vessel is a twenty-year old, aluminum hulled, U.S. built houseboat. The vessel has a four bedrooms and two baths. There is a side hallway that extends from the salon to the rear of the vessel. In the main salon there is a seating area, entertainment center, dining area, bar, and galley area. Galley is well equipped with stove, compactor, microwave, dishwasher, sink, icemaker, wine cooler, small refrigerator, large refrigerator, and a washer and dryer in hall closet. There is a dumb waiter to upper deck. The breakfast bar and kitchen have granite counter tops. The salon flooring is hardwood, and the galley flooring is tile. Cuddy cabin, staterooms, and master stateroom are carpeted. Baths are tiled, with showers. Front deck is well equipped with seating and a canvas and plastic enclosure. Aft deck has access to engines and generator. Upper deck is partially covered with a party top and fixed bimini for upper helm. Under party top is a bar with refrigerator, grill, and sink. A stairway is available from front and aft deck. It is propelled by twin Mercruiser 5.0 L gasoline engines connected to Mercruiser outdrives. Controls are through MicoCommander systems. On board electrical power is provided by a Westerbeke 20 KW generator and bow and stern thrusters powered by ships generator.
